Return and Refund Policy
If for any reason the product or service does not meet with your expectation we shall refund your purchase under these conditions:
• We accept product returns for products that are directly ordered through inspiratio.com and within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that you are responsible for shipping and handling fees for the return. No COD parcels will be accepted.
• We cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
• The returned products should arrive in good, near new quality, without damage.
• Upon receipt of returned goods, we have the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the company return policy requirements.
• Due to the nature and easy replicating of E-books it goes that E-books can not be returned. That is, inspiratio.com pre-assumes you (the reader) are of good intent, and indeed most people are. Unfortunately this not applies to some.
If a third party selling the e-book decides otherwise, than this is the sole (business) responsibility of the third party selling the e-book. Before you buy you get information about the e-book and you get a preview in the e-book. This supports your buying decision.
• When a refund for a e-book occurs, you must dispose of the e-book and any copies made, immediately. After a refund is made you are in no way entitled to use or multiply the content of the e-book. Nor in reading, nor in communication about it. Also intellectual property rights on the e-book apply.
• A service refund will be to the amount of the service that is not used on the day of ending the service by the customer. That means that any amount of service already used will be subtracted.
• Your refund will be in the amount of the currency of original purchase price less shipping, banking and handling fees.
• When your authorized return is received, we will credit the credit card account as with which the original purchase was made. If you paid via PayPal, you will receive credit to your PayPal account. If you paid with check or money order, you will be sent a check in the amount of your refund.
• We will process your return as soon as possible, but please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
• You will receive an email once your return has been processed.
